Jennie's Flying Jewels

Scarlet Chested Parakeets are native to Australia. They are about 8 inches in length and have a lifespan of about 10 to 15 years. They are peaceful, quiet, and active birds. The call of a Scarlet Chested Parakeet is soft, musical and very pleasant to listen to. They enjoy high quality parakeet mix as well as greens and fruits, fresh vegetables, egg food, multigrain bread,  and millet. They also need to have a cuttlebone in the cage with them.
